標題: 【學生宿舍】配合疫情警戒提升至第二級,學生宿舍相關防疫措施!【Student Dormitory】Epidemic Prevention Level has Escalated: Dormitory-Related Prevention Measures

親愛的同學大家好:
一、依據「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎中央流行疫情指揮中心」宣布至110年6月8日(含)前疫情警戒提升至第二級,自110年5月14日(五)至110年6月8日(二)進行體溫量測。
二、因應本校自110年5月14日零時起防疫管控等級提升,學生宿舍管制措施如下:
(一)實施人員出入管制
1.各莊宿舍實施人員出入管制,於110年5月14日起人員出入宿舍依規劃之出入口動線通行,防疫期間宿舍其他出入口管制,禁止通行,以維護宿舍安全。
2.凡出入人員如有體溫異常(經量測額溫達37.5度或耳溫達38度者)或相關呼吸道症狀者(有發燒、四肢無力、咳嗽或呼吸困難等情形),禁止進入宿舍並請儘速就醫。
(二)各莊宿舍設置防疫站,進行體溫量測,防疫站設置點如下:
1.仰山莊:外環近管理員室出入口
2.涵星一莊:內環近管理員室出入口
3.涵星二莊:外環近管理員室出入口
4.向晴莊:內環近管理員室出入口
5.擷雲莊一莊:管理員室旁
6.行雲一、二莊:內環近管理員室出入口
7.沁月一、二莊:內環近管理員室出入口
8.迎曦一、二莊:內環近管理員室出入口
(三)量測體溫應配合事項
1.拒絕檢測者,不得進入宿舍。
2.住宿生出入宿舍,經防疫站人員體溫檢測後,未發燒者給予標示貼紙。
3.經防疫站體溫檢測後,如有體溫異常者不得提供標示貼紙。經由複查後,未發燒者可給予標示貼紙。
4.住宿生出入宿舍可自行利用額溫測量卡自測體溫,主動出示後,經防疫站查核未發燒者給予標示貼紙。如有體溫異常者須配合防疫站複查,未發燒者可給予標示貼紙。
5.為避免防疫站擁塞影響上課及活動時間,請同學酌情提前到站量測或運用體溫卡自主量測,貼紙應張貼於明顯處供識別。
6.防疫管制期間實施體溫檢測,如有體溫異常者,防疫站通報衛保組列管追蹤。
三、防疫期間未能配合或遵守防疫措施及宿舍公告事項者,依本校學生宿舍管理規則予以議處。

1. According to the Central Epidemic Command Center, from this day onwards, until June 8, 2021 the Covid-19 alert threat has been increased to level 2. From May 14, to June 8, a temperature measurement is required before entering the dormitory.
2. In response to the Epidemic Prevention Level has escalated, starting at midnight May 14, 2021 the following control measures shall be implemented into the student dormitories:
(1) Implementation of Personnel Access Restrictions
a. Each Dormitory building shall implement access restriction measures, starting from May 14, 2021. All entry and exit shall be denied during curfew hours in order to maintain the security in the dormitory buildings.
b. Anyone with an abnormal body temperature (37.5 °C for forehead measure, and 38 °C for ear measure) or related respiratory symptoms (fever, limb weakness, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) shall be prohibited from entering the dormitory building and prompted to seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
(2) Epidemic Prevention Stations shall be set up at every dormitory’s respective entry point for temperature measurement, and shall be placed as follows:
Dormitory 1: At the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
Dormitory 2: Along the outer peripheral road, at the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
Dormitory 3(men’s side): Along the outer peripheral road, at the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
Dormitory 3(women’s side): Along the inner peripheral road, at the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
Dormitory 4: Along the inner peripheral road, at the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
Dormitory 5: Along the inner peripheral road, at the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
Dormitory 6: Along the inner peripheral road, at the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
Dormitory 7: Along the inner peripheral road, at the entrance nearing the dorm manager’s office.
(3) Body Temperature Measurement Regulations:
a. Those who refuse to comply shall not be allowed to enter the dormitory.
b. Students coming in and out of the dormitory shall be given a sticker if no fever or any related symptoms are present.
c. If a student shows an abnormal temperature reading, no sticker shall be given until further examination is concluded.
d. Students entering/leaving the dormitory can use their forehead thermometer card to take their own temperature. After showing that the temperature reading is normal, they shall be given a sticker. Those presenting abnormal body temperatures must cooperate with the Epidemic Prevention Station staff for re-evaluation. If no fever is present, students shall be given a sticker.
e. In order to avoid congestion at the Epidemic Prevention Stations (especially during class/activity times), it is advised that students arrive in advance or to use thermometer cards in order to save time. Stickers shall be posted in a readily accessible location.
f. During this Epidemic Prevention and Control period, body temperature measurements shall be taken. If a student presents an abnormal temperature, the Epidemic Prevention Station shall notify the required authorities in order to take the further action.
