標題:  Notice on mid-term physical fitness test on 9th week conducted by PE Center of 109-2 semester

In order to let testee students have one more opportunity to engage the test and pass, Physical Education Center will deliver an extra physical fitness test on the 9th week of school calendar of every second semester.

Physical Education Center is scheduled to administer physical fitness tests -- 50-meter swimming/ 1600-meter running for male students, 800-meter running for female students on this coming 9th week, 109-2 semester on time schedule as below:

Date:
1.	9th week:  Apr. 19, 2021 (Mon) ~ Apr. 23, 2021 (Fri), that is in sync with mid-term evaluation period.

For PE class in the morning: 
7:10 am- running test, test venue: Track and Field Sports Center
8:00 am- swimming test, test venue: Swimming Pool

For PE class in the afternoon:
16:10 pm- running test, test venue: Track and Field Sports Center 
17:00 pm- swimming test, test venue: Swimming Pool

Please bring with you your student identity card, repair to the designated venue and check in for the test punctually.

Please note all freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior as well as transfer students of 104(2015) semester (student number foremost 4 digits: 4104) or later must take and pass these physical fitness tests to be qualified for graduation, unless you had earlier passed the tests. Namely, it is a graduation requirement.

(That students passed either running or swimming test suffices the qualification, amended on 2nd Academic Affairs Council 106-2, dated. Jun. 6, 2018)

Attached please find relative tabled test time/class/ instructor.

*If you are not a student who is now attending freshmen’s Physical Education class (PE I) and plan to take these fitness tests, please carry your student card, without prior sign-up, proceed on your own accord to the class at the scheduled time/venue to register for test on the spot.

**Should there be extreme weather befall on the test day, such as cold front bearing down with temperature dropping to below 15˚C, student whose PE class is slated to hold physical fitness test at that day could choose to give up the test without appearance and sign up a later day test instead to avoid the insidious risk that cold weather might inflict on body’s cardiovascular system.

Program of physical fitness test:
1.	Hand in student cart for roll call /signature.
2.	Register the seconds used in completing the fitness test, by which to decide whether it is pass or fail.
3.	To sign off after ascertaining the seconds with the teacher who administers the test.
4.	It will be deemed as “fail” if there is no confirming signature from testee.
