壹、110學年度學生宿舍申請三要件: 
1、	完成登錄作業https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx
(1) 宿舍申請登錄時間:2021/3/17(三)12:00~3/30(二)12:00,各階段床位申請截止日止。
(2) 宿舍申請登錄,需輸入學校e-mail帳號、密碼,並確認本人郵局或銀行帳戶資料且已繳清住宿相關欠費,欲登記室友者需驗證室友學號與手機號碼,請同學至電子學習履歷先行確認手機號碼正確無誤。
(3)3+2同學於110年6月另行公告辦理專案申請。

2、完成床位申請
(1) 申請時間如后:     
	大學部(女生):2021/3/23(二)12:30起至3/24(三)12:00止。
	大學部(男生):2021/3/25(四)12:30起至3/26(五)12:00止。
	碩博生(男、女):2021/3/29(一)12:30起至3/30(二)12:00止。
(2) 說明:
1)由於宿舍床位申請攸關同學權益,請同學務必留意各項作業申請時間,並詳閱每一階段床位申請時程與說明,倘有逾期者,基於公平原則,無法申請補辦。
 2)優先保障住宿之同學(低收入戶、中低收入戶、身心障礙生、境外生及大一升大二的同學)亦須依規定時間完成床位申請作業,若未完成選床者將視同床位放棄。

3、繳交住宿保證金
 (1) 住宿保證金繳交時間:     
	大學部(女生):2021/3/25(四)12:00起至3/28(日)24:00止。
	大學部(男生):2021/3/27(六)12:00起至3/30(二)24:00止。
	碩博生(男、女):2021/3/31(三)12:00起至4/3(六)24:00止。
床位申請成功者須於期限內,自行至臺銀系統繳交住宿保證金(每人貳仟元整)以取得住宿資格,請同學務必留意繳費期限。
(2) 未於期限內完成保證金繳交者視同床位放棄,其放棄之床位將提供候補同學進行床位申請。
(3) 完成保證金繳交者具有110學年度上、下學期住宿資格,為避免影響其他同學床位申請權益,建議同學珍惜已完成申請之床位,若非因畢業、休退學或其他不可抗拒原因仍要求放棄床位或退宿者,依據「國立東華大學學生宿舍申請住宿及退費辦法」第七條第二項,保證金不予退還,特此提醒與說明。

貳、宿舍候補Ⅰ:
1、 候補Ⅰ登記時間如后:     
	大學部(女生):2021/3/24(三)15:00起至3/25(四)11:00止。
	大學部(男生):2021/3/26(五)15:00起至3/27(六)11:00止。
	碩博生(男、女):2021/3/30(二)15:00起至3/31(三)11:00止。
說明:
以個人為申請單位,選擇三個志願莊別,依「登記先後順序」決定。

2、公告候補Ⅰ結果
	大學部(男、女):2021/4/7(三)12:00開放申請系統查詢床位結果。
	碩博生(男、女):2021/4/12(一)12:00開放申請系統查詢床位結果。

3、繳交候補Ⅰ住宿保證金
	大學部(男、女):2021/4/8(四)12:00起至4/10(六)24:00止。
	碩博生(男、女):2021/4/13(二)12:00起至4/15(四)24:00止。
床位申請成功者須於期限內自行至臺銀系統繳交住宿保證金(每人貳仟元整)以取得住宿資格,請同學務必留意繳費期限。

※注意事項提醒:
★1. 行雲莊一、二樓住宿生須配合寒假住宿需求淨空寢室,個人行李依寄放作業規定置放於宿舍提供之空間。
2.迎曦莊採智慧電力系統,住宿生須以學生證悠遊卡先行儲值電費,以利後續使用。
3.學年住宿有學期住宿、寒假及暑假住宿等時段,依收費規定辦理;有關宿舍開放與關閉日期,依學校公告之行事曆為準。
★4.宿舍床位以填滿床位為原則,學校得視宿舍需求和住宿狀況,由生輔組進行寢室與床位調遷編排。
5.寒暑假期間宿舍關閉,有住宿需求者須配合學校公告時程另提申請。
★6.寒暑假期間,生輔組為維護宿舍住宿品質,將進行清潔作業及修繕工程;寄放行李之寢室,須配合寄放作業規定置放行李,若無法配合者將不提供寄放服務,個人行李請自行保管。
★7.配合學校實施垃圾不落地政策,宿舍公共區域將不放置垃圾筒及資源回收筒,為維護環境衛生應遵守宿舍生活公約。

【The Procedure of Dormitory Application Consists of Three Steps】
1. Sign up online
https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx
(1) Sign-up will start at 2021/3/17(Wed) 12:00 to 3/30(Tue)12:00, the deadlines based on following time.
(2) Log in with your school mailbox account and password. Please make sure that your post office or bank information is filled in correctly and that you have paid off any pending dormitory fees. If you would like to choose a roommate for next semester, make sure to fill out his/her student ID and phone number in the e-Portfolio system. 
(3) Dormitory application for the future NDHU Graduate Students for 2021-2022 Academic Year will be announced in June.
2. Complete the application process

(1)	Application period:
	Undergraduate students (female): 2021/3/23(Tue) 12:30 ~ 3/24(Wed) 12:00
	Undergraduate students (male): 2021/3/25(Thu) 12:30 ~ 3/26(Fri) 12:00 
	Graduate students (male/female): 2021/3/29(Mon) 12:30 ~ 3/30 (Tue)12:00
(2) Notes:
1)Please check the dates carefully. Space may not be available for students who fail to apply on time due to the principle of fairness. 
2)Students who have been given an accommodation priority (middle-low-income households, low-income households, physically or mentally handicapped students, international students, and sophomores-to-be) should also follow the application procedure. No application will be accepted after the deadlines.
3. Pay the guarantee deposit (2,000 NT)

(1) Payment period: 
	Undergraduate students (female): 2021/3/25(Thu) 12:00 ~ 3/28(Sun) 24:00
	Undergraduate students (male): 2021/3/27(Sat) 12:00 ~ 3/30(Tue) 24:00 
	Graduate students (male/female): 2021/3/31(Wed) 12:00 ~ 4/3(Sat)24:00
Anyone will need to pay the deposit of $2000, please visit Taiwan Bank to print the receipt, you will lose your room if you don’t pay on time.
(2) Be sure to pay the guarantee deposit during this period, otherwise your application will be cancelled, and your reserved space will be open to the waiting applicants. 
(3) The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel the application for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other unavoidable reasons.
【Dormitory Application ( waiting list I)】
(1)	Application period:
	Undergraduate students (female): 2021/3/24(Wed) 15:00 ~ 3/25(Thu) 11:00
	Undergraduate students (male): 2021/3/26(Fri) 15:00 ~ 3/27(Sat) 11:00 
	Graduate students (male/female): 2021/3/30(Tue) 15:00 ~ 3/31 (Wed)11:00
Take individual as the applicant unit, select three dorm, result came out by registration order
(2)	Room announcement (waiting list 1)
	Undergraduate students (male/female): 2021/4/7(Wed) 12:00. Visit the website to see the result.
	Graduate students (male/female): 2021/4/12(Mon). Visit the website to see the result.
(3)	Pay the deposit (waiting list 1)
	Undergraduate students (male/female): 2021/4/8(Thu) 12:00 ~ 4/10(Sat) 24:00 
	Graduate students (male/female): 2021/4/13(Tue) 12:00 ~ 4/15 (Thu)24:00
Anyone will need to pay the deposit of $2000, please visit Taiwan Bank to print the receipt, you will lose your room if you don’t pay on time.
※	Notes 
★1、During the winter vacation, students who live on the first and second floor of Dormitory Ⅴ need to clear out their rooms, for there will be students who need to move in the dormitory. The dormitory will provide residents with an area to store luggage until the vacation-end.  
2、Dormitory Ⅶ Smart Card Power System: Dormitory residents must top up with money to their student ID easy card in order to pay for electricity and keep continuous use.
3、The dormitory fee is charged by the accommodation types (either semester or winter/summer vacation, etc). The opening and closing dates of the dormitory are in accordance of the university's calendar.
★4、Though the dormitory and room preference is specified by applicants, residents must cooperate with any arrangements made by the Student Living Services Division due to the dormitory accommodation conditions.  
5、Residents who need to stay in a dormitory during the summer or winter vacation must apply for the dormitory before the designated deadline.
★6、In order to maintain the quality of dormitory, cleaning and repair will be implemented during the summer and winter vacations. A luggage storage area will be provided for residents who need to store their luggage temporarily until the vacation ends. Residents who fail to adhere to luggage storage rules should refrain from utilizing the service. Please note that the Living Services Division will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your belongings. Store luggage at your own risk.
★7、For being in line with the university's “Keep Trash Off the Ground" policy, garbage/recycling bins will not be provided in public areas in any dormitory. Residents must follow regulations in order to maintain a clean environment.
