Physical Education Center offers a continuing & extension course on Spinning Bike Aerobics in semester 109-2. Course purpose: In the hope that through accompanying rhythm and simple movement, simulating in varied terrain and environs, as well in tandem with fast or slow music could we burn out tons of fat. Spinning Bike Aerobics can tone up major muscle group in the lower body, sculpture lower body contour on the bargain. Besides, this course can strengthen cardiopulmonary functions, train core muscle groups in the body, improve significantly physical coordination and sense of balance. After engaging this kind of course that it will make students be more confident, release stress and reduce body fat. Object of enrollment: faculty, students and off-campus residents Number of enrollments:9 persons, class will not open unless there are at least 8 persons. Class Time: 18：00 ~ 19：00 pm, Tuesday Date: I class: Mar. 9 ~ Apr. 20, 2021 II class: Apr. 27 ~ May.25, 2021 Each class consists of 4 sessions.
