標題： 【學生宿舍】109學年度第二學期專案申請計畫(限男生)【Student Dormitory】Project Application Program for the Second Semester of the 109th Academic Year (Boys Only)

為妥善運用現有空寢室床位，滿足同學住宿空間需求，提高住宿滿意度，特提供擷雲莊和行雲一莊等宿舍，以現有空房提供多元專案住宿申請。

一、住宿時段︰109學年第2學期（住宿時間自110年2月18日起至110年6月29日止。）

二、住宿需求申請及資格：
（一） 擷雲莊(單人雅房，住宿費$9,500/學期)，共32間。
（二） 行雲一莊：2人套房、住宿費$10,700/人/學期
   1.項目1：已找好室友申請同寢室、共22間
   2.項目2：個人申請，安排一個空床、共19床
 (三) 申請同學須具在學學籍且無宿舍相關欠費。

三、申請時間：110年1月4日至110年1月11日中午12時止。

四、申請作業流程：（申請前，可依以下第六項措施登記先行參觀宿舍）
(一)請列印附檔申請表，填寫相關資料，於申請人簽章處簽名。
(二)申請表交至生輔組辦理。(房間數量有限，採登記制，若人數過多，以抽籤方
式作業，1/15公告抽籤結果)。

五、住宿費用：
此專案住宿相關住宿費用，依本校學生宿舍申請住宿及退費辦法及住宿收費標準辦理，於下學期學雜費中一併繳交。

六、學生宿舍寢室開放參觀活動：
(一)對象：本校大學部、研究所男同學(有意願調遷至行雲一莊及擷雲莊者)
(二)活動內容︰由專人引導並由宿舍管理員解說及帶領參觀，提供宿舍簡介、
宿舍房間參觀及提問、回覆等。
(三)開放莊別： 
    1.擷雲莊單人雅房
    2.行雲一莊雙人套房
(四)開放參觀時間：
1.110年1月4日(星期一)0820-0850
2.110年1月4日(星期一)1320-1350(開放外藉生報名)
3.110年1月5日(星期二)1320-1350

(七)注意事項：
    1.請同學於參觀時佩戴口罩並攜帶學生證。
2.由生活輔導組人員點名並引導進入宿舍參觀。
    3.為維護住宿生權益，參訪時請放低音量並保持宿舍清潔，參訪期間不得
攜帶食物進入宿舍區。
4.參訪者請聽從宿舍管理員引導及管制，如中途離隊或不聽指揮者，承辦
單位可隨時暫停實施。
 To make good use of the existing empty dormitory beds, meet the students' accommodation needs, and to improve living standards of students, we provide multiple accommodation applications for existing vacancies in Dorm I and Dorm V Wing 1. 

1. Accommodation period: the second semester of the 2020 school year (the accommodation period is set to be from February 18, 2021 to June 29, 2021.)

2. Accommodation requirements and qualifications:
(1) Dorm I (single room with shared kitchen and bathrooms, accommodation fee of $9,500/semester), a total of 32 rooms.
(2) Dorm V Wing 1: Suite for 2 people, accommodation fee of $10,700/person/semester
   1. Item 1: 2-person application, a total of 22 rooms
   2. Item 2: Individual application with an empty bed, a total of 19 beds
 (3) Applicants must have a student status and no unpaid dormitory-related fees.

3. Application time: from January 4, 2021 to January 11, 2021 at 12:00 PM.

4. Application process: (Before applying, you can register to visit the dormitory according to the sixth measure below)
(1) Please print the attached application form, fill in the relevant information, and sign the form.
(2) Submit the application form to the student assistant team for processing. (The number of rooms is limited. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of beds available, then the new residents will be chosen at random. The results will be announced on January 15, 2021.
5. Accommodation costs:
The accommodation fees for this project will be processed in accordance with the school’s student dormitory application and refund procedure and the accommodation fees standards. The accommodation fees must be included in the payment for tuition and miscellaneous fees of the next semester.

VI. Open House Activity:
(1) Who: Male bachelor and research students of our school (who are willing to transfer to Dorm V Wing 1 and Dorm I)
(2) Activity content: guided by a dedicated person, led by the dormitory administrator, introducing the dormitory, providing a tour of the facilities, Q&A, etc.
(3) Available Spaces:
    1. Dorm I- single elegant room
    2. Dorm V Wing 1- Double Suite

(7) Notes:
   	1. Please wear a mask and bring your student ID when visiting.
2. The staff of the life counseling team will call and guide them into the dormitory to visit.
3. To protect the rights and interests of resident students, please lower the volume and keep the dormitory clean during the visit (no food is allowed).
4. Visitors, please follow the dormitory manager. The manager can suspend those who leave the group or do not obey instruction.
