各位親愛的同學，大家好： 「109學年度寒假住宿申請」之重要事項如后： 1、【申請時間&方式】 (1) 申請時間：2020/12/22(二) 12:00起至2020/12/31(四)12:00止。 (2) 寒假宿舍申請，需輸入email帳號、密碼，並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。 https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Winter/login.aspx 2、【申請資格】 (1) 寒假住宿申請：申請者需具109學年住宿資格。 (2) 春節住宿申請：請於申請寒假住宿時同時提出申請，春節期間住宿於寒宿寢室。 3、【申請流程】 自行網路申請—＞繳費—＞憑繳費收據辦理入住。 4、【住宿時間】 2021/01/19（二）17:00起至2021/02/18（四）10:00止。 (1) 寒假期間不受理短期住宿、提前入住、或延後退宿之申請，亦不辦理退費。 (2)「春節期間」：2021/02/10（三）起至2021/02/16（二）學校行政單位配合春節連假不辦公，除境外生外鼓勵本國生返家過節。 5、【公告床位】 (1) 公告時間：2021/01/06(四) 12:00起，自行至寒宿申請系統查詢。 (2) 寒假住宿一律統一安排住宿，由學校安排寢室床位。 109學年床位在擷雲莊或行雲莊者續住原寢，其餘則集中住宿於「行雲莊」。 6、【繳交寒宿費用】 (1) 繳費時間：2021/01/07(四) 12:00起至2021/01/19(二)24:00止，請自行至臺灣銀行網頁繳費，入住時持學生證和繳費收據辦理。 (2) 住宿相關費用請參考「國立東華大學寒暑宿收費一覽表」、「國立東華大學學生宿舍網路使用費收費辦法」。 7、【注意事項提醒】 攸關個人住宿權益，申請寒宿床位前請務必詳細閱讀住宿相關法規。 (1)國立東華大學學生宿舍管理規則 (2)學生宿舍住宿保證金實施細則 (3)學生宿舍電器使用細則 (4)宿舍違約金罰款標準 (5)宿舍生活公約 對寒假住宿申請有相關疑問者，可電洽承辦人員：余助理03-8906212。 您平安，學務處心安! Dear Dormitory Residents, Important information regarding the Academic Year 109 (2020-21)Winter Vacation Dormitory Application is listed below: 1、 Application Time (1) Time: 2020/12/22(Tue) 12:00, – 2020/12/31(Thu) 12:00 (2) Login e-mail and passwork https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Winter/login.aspx ***ALL PREVIOUS STUDENT DORM FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE APPLYING FOR WINTER DORMS *** 2、 Application Eligibility (1) Winter vacation: Students who are eligible for dormitory application of Academic Year 109 (2) Chinese New Year Period: Submit application when applying for winter vacation accommodation, as the CNY period accommodation is in the winter dorms as well. 3、 Application Procedure Apply Online –> Pay Fee –> Take receipt to the dormitory manager as proof of payment before moving in 4、 Accommodation Period 2021/01/19(Tue) 17:00– 2021/02/18(Thu) 10:00 (1) No short-term accommodations, early check-ins, or extended check-outs will be accepted. No refunds shall be granted. (2) Dorms will be closed between 2021/02/10(Wed) 12:00 and 2021/02/16(Tue) 12:00 for Chinese New Year holidays. The university administrative unit doesn't operate during Chinese New Year, we encourage local students to go home during vacations. 5、 Announcement of Accommodation Information (1) Time: 2021/01/06(Wed) 12:00, room and bed numbers will be announced online (2) Room and bed will be assigned by OSA. All residents shall temporarily move to Dormitory 5(Shing Yun A and B), Except for Academic Year 109 residents of Dormitory 1(Jie Yun A and B) and Dormitory 5 (Shing Yun A and B). 6、 Dormitory Fee (1) Payment Period: 2021/01/07(Thurs) 12:00 -2021/01/19(Tue) 23:59. (2) Pay at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx . Take the receipt along with your Student ID Card to the dormitory manager when moving in. (3) Dormitory fee NT2000, deposit NT500, and internet fee NT150. 7、 Notes Please read all rules and regulations concerning Dormitory Accommodation before applying for Winter Vacation Dorms.
