109-1學期期中停修將自11/16(一)開放申請。 為簡化學生申請課程停修流程,課程停修改以線上掃描QR Code(停修碼)方式辦理停修作業。 1.網路線上停修申請時間:11/16~12/4 23時59分59秒止。 操作說明https://rb004.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1004-171247.php 2.有停修需求之同學,請向任課教師(或助教)領取停修碼。 3.領取停修碼後,請在期限內以智慧型手機、平板掃描QR Code, 或以桌機、筆記型電腦開啟網路選課系統輸入停修碼,並確認後即完成停修作業; 逾期未輸入視同放棄停修權益,請務必留意停修作業截止期限。 ※停修同學請妥善保管QR Code【停修碼】,遺失概不補發; 停修碼僅能輸入一次,已完成停修程序之課程無法撤銷,輸入前請審慎考慮。 停修作業提醒: •停修科目:每學期以1科為限。 •學分數下限:扣除停修之學分數後,總修讀學分數不得低於各系所規定之最低學分數。 •成績登載:停修課程仍登記於該學期成績單及歷年成績表,並將於成績欄註明該科「停修」(W),但不會有分數或影響平均分數。 •學分費:停修之科目不退學分費(含音樂指導費、鍵盤維護費、實習實驗費、課程材料費),未繳交學分費者仍應依規定補繳。 課務組敬啟 (聯絡電話:6122~6126) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dear students: The application deadline of Mid-semester Course Withdrawal is at 23:59:59 on 4 December . Please check the following points for attention: 1. Please ask the teacher (or TA) for QR Code. 2. scan QR Code and confirm before 23:59:59 on 4 December . 3. The maximum of course withdrawal is one for each semester. 4.. You must maintain the minimum number of credit hours required by your department after withdrawing a course. 5. Your transcript will show the course which you withdrew from, but “W” will be written in place of the grade. It will not be taken into calculation of your grade point average. 6. You still have to pay the credit fee for the withdrawn course.
