標題: Basic Running Class at night – extension & continuing course offered by PE Center, 109-1 semester

I.	Purpose: Hope that this course can provide an opportunity for those are interested in running sports, no matter with or without relative sports knowledge, whether it is meant to cultivate healthful exercise habit or to push yourself a little bit for overcoming limits.
II.	 Course classification: non-credit course.
III.	Target of enrollment: Dong Hwa’s faculty, staff and average people.
IV.	Number of students: 8-12 persons, class will not open until there are at least 8 persons.
V.	Course name: Basic Running Class at night 
VI.	Course syllabus:  
1. Dynamic warm-up and running posture introduction 
2. Jalo-Mark running drills and adjustment to running posture
3. Basic running ability assessment
4. Running pace training and hip joint training
5. High intense interval training and core exercises
6. Coordination training and lower extremity muscular strength training
VII.	Instructor: Mr. Ge Wu, Yan-min.
VIII.	Class date: Nov. 11~ Dec. 16, 2020 (Wednesday)
IX.	Class time: 20:00 ~ 21:00 pm, total 6 sessions. 
X.	Class venue: Track and Field Stadium of NDHU at Shoufeng campus.
XI.	Sign-up period: from this day forth till Nov. 10, 2020.
