各位師長及親愛的同學：大家好
        鑒於本校近2年學生騎乘機車發生車禍事故以一年級新生車禍肇事率最高，發生車禍肇事主要原因應為「初獲駕照駕駛經驗較為欠缺，以及對於花蓮地區及校內道路環境與設施較不熟悉所致」。
       為加強本學生機車安全駕駛觀念、落實防禦駕駛行為，期能減少學生交通事故的發生，特安排109學年新生於領證前，須參加學務處生輔組辦理之交通安全宣導課程後，始由總務處核發及領取車證，期達到「一個都不能發生」之交通零事故目標。

活動說明 :
一、課程主題：
1.校園車輛行駛、機車易肇事路段說明
2.大型車輛內輪差與視野死角
3.防禦駕駛
4.隨堂測驗
二、活動時間:109年9月17、21、22、23、24日  夜間18:00至20:00
三、活動地點：理工一館第二講堂(A109教室)
四、報名及實施方式。
(一)上課人數以130位為限並採網路預約方式。網址: https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/XSL_ApplyRWD/ActApply.aspx
(二)請先至本校跨域自主學習活動暨報名系統，申請點選「初領車證新生交通安全宣導」活動(請注意上課日期及時間)->參加上課當日出席簽到->完成課程及測驗。
(三)參加本案「初領車證新生交通安全宣導」活動課程並經測驗合格(60分(含)以上)之同學，由生輔組於跨域自主學習認證系統記錄，同學並得逕自向總務處申請核發車證。
(四)本項課程活動不予核發跨域自主學習認證時數。

Dear faculty, staff, and students,
          In order to decrease the number of vehicle accidents, a series of traffic safety classes for Freshman who are getting the Driving pass on campus will be offered.

1.Lecture topics : 
(1) Driving in campus and description of the road sections that are prone to motorcycle accidents.
(2) Large vehicle inner wheel difference and blind spot. 
(3) Defensive driving. 
(4) Test 
2. Date : September 22th(TUE.) 19:10~20:00 
3. Classroom : room A109, College of Science and Engineering Buildi One 
4.Each class accommodates 130 persons max by appointment on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please sign up via: https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/XSL_ApplyRWD/ActApply.aspx
5. Students who have participated in the course and passed the test (60 points or more) will be recorded by the Student Living Services Division ,and students can also go to the General Affairs Office to apply and get the Driving pass on campus.
