標題： 【校外住宿】請校外住宿同學上網填報更新資料  【Off-Campus Housing】Accommodation information Update by living off-campus students

親愛的同學，大家好：
1.	新學期又開始了，為保障外宿同學權益，請住在校外之同學至本校「學生校內、外住宿狀況調查系統--學生輸入頁面」填報（已填報者請檢查或修正）個人住宿聯絡資料（由學校首頁-在校學生-生活資訊進入，http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/STlive/LogIn.aspx）
2.	以學號、選課密碼登入系統個人資料頁面後，請正確選擇住宿類別（如住自宅、校外賃居、親友家、或其他），務必填寫緊急聯絡同學（以同住或要好同學為主）及居住地址。
3.	為維護同學居住安全，在完成住宿資料填報後，請繼續填報租屋安全自我評核。
4.	生輔組將持續管制住宿聯絡資料填報狀況，請同學務必完成填報與更新。

1. The new semester has started.  We’d like to remind all students living off-campus to complete or update accommodation information on the following website to for your own interests and rights.   http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/STlive/LogIn.aspx
2. After logging in the website with the student id and password, please choose accommodation categories (eg.: living at home, renting outside, living with relatives, or others).  Be sure to fill out the emergency contact (roommate or close friend) and residential address.
3. In order to ensure your residential security, please be sure to complete the accommodation information and the self-assessment of housing.
4. The Division of Student Living Services will follow up the completion of required information.
