1. Types of elections
     (1)Student Association parliamentary 
     (2)Student Association  postgraduate parliamentary  
2. The number of elections
     (1)Student Association parliamentary ：choose twenty-two persons.
（college of science and engineering for five persons,  college of management for one person,Hua-shih college of education for three persons,college of indigenous studies for five persons,college of the arts for five persons,college of environmental studies for three persons）
     (2)  Student Association  postgraduate parliamentary：choose twenty-three persons.
(college of humanities and social science for three en persons, college of science and engineering for two persons, college of management for three persons, Hua-shih college of education for five persons, college of indigenous studies for three persons,college of the arts for three persons, college of environmental studies for four persons) 
3、 Electoral district
     (1) Student Association parliamentary：take college as district.
     (2)Student Association  postgraduate parliamentary  ：take college as district.
4、 Registration day and registration process of candidate
From the announcement day to May 27, 109 (Wednesday) 23:59, the registration time for candidates.

(1). Network registration form Fill in the image screenshot of the completed screen

(2). Registration data form (link to the registration form can be downloaded from https://reurl.cc/X62xAD , please do not modify any data format).
(3) The screenshot of the image or the photo of the receipt certificate on the completion page of the student ’s dues payment in the current academic year. (Those who need to make up the payment can go to the Student Union to make up the payment and get the receipt.) After the information is sent, the Election Committee will reply within 24 hours that the registration is successful, indicating that the registration of the candidate has been successfully completed. Those who need supplements must re-send before the registration date deadline, and will not be processed after the time limit. If the candidate is informed that the materials need to be supplemented and is not processed within the registration time, it is deemed to have waived his eligibility to participate.

6、Candidate registration eligibility
     (1)Student Association parliamentary
          1.Members of cadres and personnel who have been dismissed, judges or impeached, corrected and established student association CEO or deputy CEO, student parliamentary, student councils, and student election committees are not allowed to run. 
          2.Those who have not paid the student dues for the current academic year should make up the payment when registering for the election. 

     (2)Student Association  postgraduate parliamentary
          1.Members of cadres and personnel who have been dismissed, judges or impeached, corrected and established student association CEO or deputy CEO, student parliamentary, student councils, and student election committees are not allowed to run.

7、Date of Campaign period
The campaign period starts at 14:00 on May 29 (Fri), 109 and ends at 22:00 on June 7, 109 (Sun).
Propaganda and posting area: the poster posting area in the school.

8、Political Conference 
June 4, 109 (Thu) at 18:00 in the first lecture hall of the Second Hall of Science and Technology (If there are changes, the follow-up announcement will be the main one)
* If the candidate can participate in the political opinion conference on the same day, the confirmation letter sent by the Election Committee must be answered in order to arrange the time for the stage and the meal.
* The candidate ’s political opinion will be posted to the ndhusaec2017@gmail.com  by 23:59 on May 28, 109 (Thu) at the latest. Those who do not send it will be deemed to give up.


9、Voting
Voting place: Library (right side of the main entrance of the library)
Voting time:  June 8, 109 (Mon) from 9:00 to 17:00 (arriving before 17:00).
Voting method: Current students of National Donghua University can carry out on-site voting with student ID. （Those without a student card can show their e-profile.）

10、Billing
After the voting ended on June 8, 109 (Mon.) 109, the votes were collected in front of the library.
11、Regulation
