各位親愛的同學,大家好:
  「109學年度學生宿舍第二次候補申請」之重要事項如下:
一、	第二次候補登記作業
https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx
1.登記時間:109年5月20日中午12時起至29日中午12時止。
2.宿舍候補登記,需輸入選課帳號、密碼,並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。
3.以個人為申請單位,可選擇三個志願莊別,依電腦亂數抽籤決定,登記時間先後不影響候補結果。
4.109學年最新各莊空床數如附件(依床位狀況,隨時更新)。

二、第二次候補結果公告
https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx
公告時間:109年6月2日中午12時起可自行至學生宿舍申請系統查詢。

三、繳交第二次候補住宿保證金https://school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx
1.住宿保證金繳交時間為109年6月2日中午12時起至6月8日晚上24時止,第二次床位候補成功者須於期限內繳交住宿保證金(每人貳仟元整)以取得住宿資格,基於公平原則無法補繳,請同學務必留意繳費期限。
2.未於期限內完成保證金繳交者視同床位放棄,其放棄之床位將提供候補同學進行床位申請。
3.完成保證金繳交者具有109學年度上、下學期住宿資格,為避免影響其他同學床位申請權益,建議同學珍惜已完成申請之床位,若非因畢業、休退學或其他不可抗拒原因仍要求退宿者,依據「國立東華大學學生宿舍申請住宿及退費辦法」第七條第二項,保證金不予退還,特此提醒與說明。

※注意事項提醒:
★1.迎曦莊採智慧電力系統,住宿生須以學生證悠遊卡先行儲值電費,以利後續使用。
 2.學年住宿有學期住宿、寒假及暑假住宿等時段,依收費規定辦理;有關宿舍開放與關閉日期,依學校公告之行事曆為準。
★3.宿舍床位以填滿床位為原則,學校得視宿舍需求和住宿狀況,由生輔組進行寢室與床位調遷編排。
4.寒暑假期間宿舍關閉,有住宿需求者須配合學校公告時程另提申請。
★5.寒暑假期間,生輔組為維護宿舍住宿品質,將進行清潔作業及修繕工程;凡開放寄放行李之寢室,須配合寄放作業規定置放行李,若無法配合者將不提供寄放服務,個人行李請自行保管。
★6.行雲莊一、二樓住宿生須配合寒假住宿需求淨空寢室,個人行李依寄放作業規定置放於宿舍提供之空間。
★7.配合學校實施垃圾不落地政策,宿舍公共區域將不放置垃圾筒及資源回收筒,為維護環境衛生應遵守宿舍生活公約。

Dear All,
The Dormitory Application procedure is divided into three steps:
Step 1. Sign up online 
https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx
1)	Sign-up will start at 2020/5/20 12:00 and end at 2020/05/29 12:00.
2)	Log in with your course-selection account and password.  Make sure to have paid off all previous dormitory fees. 
3)	Each individual student is regarded as an application unit and can set three dormitory rooms as priorities. The results will be determined by the computer drawing system.
4)	The list of available spaces in each dorm is as attached below.
Step 2. Result Announcement: 
https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx
The results and thereby the waiting list will be announced at the dormitory website at noon on 2020/06/02.
Step 3. Pay the deposit (2,000 NT) https://school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx
1)	Payment period: 2020/06/02 12:00 ~ 2020/06/08 24:00. 
2)	Be sure to pay the deposit during this period, otherwise your application will be cancelled.  The reserved space will be released to waiting applicants. 
3)	The deposit won’t be returned to you if you give up the application afterwards for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other inevitable reason
※ Notes 
★1、Dormitory Ⅶ Smart Card Power System: Dormitory residents must top up their student ID easy card with money in order to pay for electricity and keepcontinuous use.
2、The dormitory fees are charged by the accommodation types (either semester or winter/summer vacation, etc). The opening and closing dates of the dormitory are in accordance to the university's calendar.

★3、Though the dormitory and room preference are specified by applicants, residents must cooperate with any arrangements made by the Student Living Services Division due to the dormitory accommodation conditions.  
4、 Residents who need to stay in a dormitory during the summer or winter vacation must apply for the dormitory before the designated deadline.
★5、In order to maintain the quality of dormitory, cleaning and repair will be implemented during the summer and winter vacations. A luggage storage area will be provided for residents who need to store their luggage temporarily until the vacation ends.  Residents who fail to adhere to luggage storage rules should refrain from utilizing the service. Please note that the Living Services Division will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your belongings. Store luggage at your own risk.
★6、During the winter vacation, students who live on the first and second floor of DormitoryⅤ must clear out their rooms, for there will be students who need to move in the dormitory during vacation time. The dormitory will provide residents with an area to store luggage until the vacation ends.  
★7、In order to cooperate with the university's “Keep Trash Off the Ground" policy, garbage/recycling bins will not be provided in public areas in any dormitory. Residents must follow the garbage truck regulations in order to maintain a clean environment.
