標題： Subj: Swimming pool & affiliated facility closure notice – 3rd notice

I.While swimming pool of NDHU at Shoufeng campus was originally slated to reopen on May. 1, 2020, we are advised to postpone the reopening of swimming pool for the time being in responding to coronavirus pandemic prevalence after having consulted with MOE (Ministry of Education) via phone by this Physical Education Center office on Apr. 21, 2020.  Therefore we decided to keep pool closing for another extra month, exact when to reopen is dependent on pandemic situation. Please keep posted the latest updates on PE Center’s website at all times.

II.In consideration of swim pass holder’s right, Physical Education Center will extend pass’s validity days proportionately for the time period during which pool has been closed since Apr. 1, 2020. 

III.Refund of swim pass would be handled as per point 7, article V, Enforcement Rules for Swimming Pool & Affiliated Facility Management. However, viewing the caprices of pandemic and uncertainty of pool’s closure time, new graduates could file refund application as per above-mentioned rules during 09:00-11:00、13:00-15:00, Monday through Friday before deadline May. 31, 2020. Refund application passed the deadline will not be accepted.

IV.In order to take into account pass holder’s right and maintaining their exercise habits, pool pass holder could use instead facility in the Fitness Training Room in the Gym complex within the valid date of their pass. Please wear face mask and keep social distancing when sojourn in the Gym.
