I.	In responding to the closure of Table Tennis Room on upstairs West Community House (Duo-rong-guan), Physical Education Center resolves in conference to launch a trial run on the newly built Table Tennis Room in the gym complex of Physical Education Center  108-2 semester at 19:00-21:00, Apr. 13 (Mon) through Jun. 19 (Fri) to let Dong Hwa’s table tennis loving faculty and students have a place to fall back on for use,  during which time it is free of charge.

II.	When enters this Table Tennis Room in the gym complex all faculty and students are required to comply with all pandemic-fighting measures such as have temperature taken, sign in to a register, keep indoor social distancing—remain 1.5 meters apart from one another.

III.	Please follow up the  Stipulations of Table Tennis Room  as enclosed during trial run period of time.
