Dear Faculty, staff, and students,

Due to the rising epidemic in several countries, please be sure to cooperate with the following:
1. If you have a fever or upper respiratory symptoms (or if you have completed self-health management and home quarantine, but still have fever or upper respiratory symptoms afterwards), please get onto the link "Fever or other upper respiratory symptoms self-reporting system" (URL: https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/COVID-19_N14D/Login.aspx?lang=en) and fill out the questionnaire.  
2. If you have any discomfort, please report on the mentioned system, wear a mask to seek medical attention as soon as possible, and cooperate with relevant epidemic prevention operation.
