各位師長、同學大家好:

因應武漢肺炎疫情，圖書館加強維護環境清潔及應變措施：

◆環境通風
  調整中央空調，使外氣進氣量達50%。

◆環境清潔
　*服務台加強清潔，服務人員配戴口罩。
  *廁所清潔消毒,每日1-2次。
  *1-4樓閱覽區桌椅、討論室、聆賞室,每週依序擦拭。
  *公用電腦鍵盤及滑鼠、樓梯扶手、電梯、1-4樓閱覽區桌面等，以噴霧方式消毒，每日1-2次。

◆個人衞生
　*廁所備有洗手乳、各樓層電梯口備有乾洗手。
　*每間廁所烘手機功能檢測皆正常；一、二樓大捲筒衞生紙處增設垃圾筒方便丟棄擦手後的衞生紙。

◆應變措施
　一、為嚴格執行發燒者禁止入館，關閉面向行政大樓的出入口，只留面向活動中心的出入口。
　二、還書箱可還書時間，調整成任何時間皆可。
　三、為避免不必要的群聚，暫停每週電影欣賞。
　四、入館注意事項：
　　1、發燒（額溫>37.5度；耳溫>38度），請勿入館。
　　2、請使用酒精噴霧做完手部消毒後再進館。
　　3、電梯內避免交談。
　　4、使用討論室、聆賞室，建議全員戴口罩。
　　5、咳嗽或打噴嚏時，請遮住口鼻，若狀況持續請立即戴上口罩或考慮離館。

Dear teachers and students,

In response to the pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan, the library strengthened the maintenance of environmental cleanliness and emergency measures:

◆ Environmental ventilation
  Adjust the central air conditioner so that the outside air intake volume reaches 50%.

◆ Clean environment
  * The service desk is strengthened to clean, and the service staff wear masks.
  * Toilet cleaning and disinfection, 1-2 times a day.
  * The tables and chairs, discussion room, and listening room in the reading area on the 1st to 4th floors are wiped sequentially weekly.
  * Public computer keyboard and mouse, stair handrail, elevator, desktop of reading area on the 1-4 floor, etc., disinfect by spraying, 1-2 times a day.

◆ Personal hygiene
  * The toilets are equipped with hand washing milk, and the elevators on each floor are equipped with dry cleaners.
  * The function test of the dryer in each toilet is normal; a garbage can is added to the large roll toilet paper on the first and second floors to discard the toilet paper after wiping hands.

◆ Contingency measures
  * In order to strictly enforce the prohibition of the entrance of the fever, the entrance to the administrative building is closed, leaving only the entrance to the activity center.
  * The return time of the book can be adjusted to any time.
  * In order to avoid unnecessary gatherings, the weekly movie appreciation is suspended.
  * Notes for admission:
    1. Fever (forehead temperature> 37.5 degrees; ear temperature> 38 degrees), please do not enter the museum.
    2, please use wine spray to disinfect the hands before entering the museum.
    3. Avoid talking in the elevator.
    4. It is recommended to wear masks for discussion rooms and listening rooms.
    5. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. If the condition persists, immediately wear a mask or consider leaving the library.
