標題: Physical Education Center offers continuing & extension course on Proficient Badminton, 108-2 semester

1. Course Purpose: The purpose of this Proficient Badminton course is that by virtue of bettering a particular racquet movement to develop trainee’s coordination on limbs and to sense the body rhythm in sports, cultivate proficient skill in badminton,  to attain to the effect of sound development physically and psychologically.

2. Enrollment classification: non-credit course.

3. Enrollment target: Kids who are interested in badminton basic training. Whether there would be more classes opened is contingent on the total enrollment number. 

4. Number of enrollment: 7-12 persons, there should be at least 7 persons to start a class.

5. Instructor: Mr. Lee, Jian-wei

6. Attire requirement: Please wear suitable sports attire and badminton shoes (sneakers). 

7. Class time: 
(1) Class A: Feb. 24, 2020 ~ Jun. 1, 2020, 18:00~19:30 every Monday, each class contains 14 sessions, total 21 hours.
(2)Class B:  Feb. 24, 2020 ~ Jun.1, 2020, 19:40~21:10 every Monday, each class contains 14 sessions, total 21 hours.
(2) Weekend Class: Mar.7, 2020 ~ Apr. 26, 2020, 09:10~11:10 every Saturday, Sunday, each class contains 14 sessions, total 21 hours.

8. Class venue: Gymnasium of NDHU at Shoufeng township campus.

11. Tuition and payment:
(1). Each class consists of 14 sessions, former students:NT$5,625/per person, first-time students :NT$5,880/per person , material fee exclu ded. NDHU’s preferential charge stipulation will not applied to this class. 
(2). Payment: please effect your payment through NDHU’s on-line payment system as follows:
 http://web.ndhu.edu.tw/ga/onlinepay/pay.aspx  or pay up directly to Physical Education Center’s office during office hours. 

12. Other items:
(1). This course is non-credit course, that accords no college credits. 
(2). This course does not apply to NDHU’s preferential charge stipulation.
(3). Drop course handling:
(i). Print out drop course application and send to the person in charge during office hours, application time is the time application form duly received in the office.
(ii). Criteria for Tuition refund is following Ministry of Education’s stipulation: refund before class begins: reimburse 90 % of paid tuition.  Refund for class that has lectured less than 1/3 of all sessions: reimburse 50 % of paid tuition. Refund for class that has lectured over 1/3 of all sessions: no reimburse of paid tuition.
(4). NDHU reserves the right to adjust course according to actual needs. Should there be typhoon alert, whether class close or not will follow the “Work and Class Status during Natural Disasters” announced by Directorate –General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan and no further notification from us. Class will be made up later if there should be school closing due to typhoon.
