Physical Education Center offers TRX Suspension Training, one of continuing and extension courses in semester 108-2 that is beginning to accept your signing-up.
TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) Suspension Training:
Main purpose of TRX Suspension Training course is focused on training core muscles, pinpointing to bodily functional movements of daily activities; consequently tone up physical strength and intensify activity ability, promote sports performance.
Minimum students to start a class: 8 persons. Total number of students in a class: 16 persons.
Class time: 18:00~19:00 pm.
Instructor: Mr. Lu, Xin-nan
Class date: Mar. 5 ~ Mar.26, 2020(Thursday), total 4 sessions.

Charge:  
1.	One class consists of 4 sessions (total 4 hours), NT$1000/ per person.
