Venue: Reviewing stand of Track & Field Stadium of NDHU at Shoufeng campus.

Program of opening ceremony:
9：45    Athletics assemble in position, please all directors, deans and chairmen be guided to designated positions.
10：00   Athletics march past, please all directors, deans and chairmen march with each department’s students.
10：15   Ceremony begins by President’s address, please all directors, deans and chairmen repair to distinguished guests’ area.
10：20   Athletics take an oath
10：30   Aborigines Dance
10：40   Ceremony completed
