親愛的同學、老師、同仁：
本校25週年校慶系列活動-畢咖必腳（ㄎㄚ）-單車環壽豐鄉活動預定於2019/11/12(二)實施，邀請本校教職員生參加，特別鼓勵教師及大四畢業生參加。
1.本活動為騎單車從東華環壽豐鄉至雲山水後返校（路程約25公里）
2.報名日期及網址：
  即日起至2019/11/01（五）止

3.為了服務無自行車、帽之師生，承辦單位另行請校外廠商提供單車借用，惟數量有限
（約100輛），將以較先完成報名者為優先，額滿為止（需證件）。
4.租車（借帽）人員請於活動日2019/11/12(二）07:30，攜帶身份證件（或學生證、教職員證）， 
至行政大樓集合點辦理領取（借用）手續；並於活動結束後，於原地點歸還車輛取回證。
租賃途中若發生車、帽損壞，經廠商審查認為外力所致，則租賃人應負修護責任。
5.集合時間、地點：2019/11/12(二)08:00，行政大樓前廣場。
6.完成報名及騎乘全程者即獲得校慶紀念品乙份。
7.本活動由承辦單位辦理活動保險；但發現活動人員有不聽引導、嚴重落隊者（於10:30前
  仍未到達雲山水休息站），基於安全顧慮，主辦單位可終止該員參與活動之資格，並由收容
  車載回。

NDHU Shoufeng Bike Challenge for 2019 School Anniversary Celebration Activity Registration till 11/01(Fri)
The NDHU Shoufeng Bike Challenge for 2019 School Anniversary Celebration will
 be held on 11/12(Tue). You’re encouraged to sign up!
1.	The route starts from Dong-Hwa to Yun Shan Shui and finishes at Dong Hwa (about 25 kilometers). Everyone is welcome, especially professors and those who are about to graduate!
2.	Online registration is open from now until 11/01(Fri). https://osa.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1007-153.php
3.	In order to encourage participation, bicycles and/or helmet will be cordially provided. The quantity is limited (100 bicycles), and priority will be given to those who complete the registration early.
4.	Any participant who plans to borrow a bike or helmet should:
-	arrive at 07:30 to complete the procedure on time.
-	deposit an identity card(student ID card, staff member card, etc.), which will be given back after the equipment is returned. 
-	If the bicycle and/or helmet are damaged during use, the user shall be responsible for any repairs that the rental company demands upon the equipment’s condition.
5.	Meeting time and place: 11/12(Tue) 08:00, in front of the Administration Building.
6.	All participants will receive a gift upon completing the challenge.
7.	Insurance will be handled by the Student Living Services Division. However, if any participant is found to disobey staff’s guidance or fall behind (not arriving at the Yun Shan Shui Rest Stop by 10:30), due to safety concerns, the participant will be disqualified and be escorted back to campus.
