親愛的師長與同學大家好： 中央氣象局報導預定於明天(8月23日)上午發布編號「第11號(BAILU)白鹿」海上颱風警報。輕度颱風白鹿於本日14：30時位置於鵝鑾鼻東南東方約1000公里的海面上，未來往西北朝台灣方向移動，明(24)晚間接近台灣東半部、巴士海峽一帶，行進速度由每小時15公里加快到20公里，強度有增強的趨勢。颱風外圍環流將對臺灣東半部、中南部帶來豪大雨，請重視此颱風對臺灣的威脅。 提醒本校全體師生： 隨時注意颱風動態並提早做好防颱準備，並避免山區及溪邊、海邊等戶外活動；預定辦理(參加)戶外活動者，請密切注意颱風動態，必要時改變行程或提早結束。 颱風最新動態請隨時留意中央氣象局網頁公告，網址http://www.cwb.gov.tw/V7/index.htm ～ 學務處關心您 ～ The Central Weather Bureau Typhoon Watch Advisory #11 (BAILU) The Central Weather Bureau has issued Typhoon Watch Advisory #11 for Typhoon (BAILU) as it currently situated over waters and is quickly approaching. It would affect Taiwan. We kindly remind our staff and students to make your storm preparations early. Also please refrain from engaging in any outdoor activities, especially in mountainous areas or any area near bodies of water. Organizers and participants of any outdoor activity/event should also very pay close attention to the path of the storm and make arrangements in advance, so that if needs be, changes in routes or ending times of the activity/event can be timely communicated.
