轉發臺灣鐵路管理局花蓮運務段來函: 
ㄧ、本段志學站為維護停車秩序與公共安全，將於108年6月1日起清理該站停車場廢棄腳踏車，請貴校協助辦理公告。
二、請所有權人將留置於志學站停車場之廢棄及閒置腳踏車自行移除，未移除將視同廢棄物處理。

Dear faculty, staff, and students,
Forward the letter from the Taiwan Railway Administration Hualien Transportation Section:
1. In order to maintain parking order and public safety, the Zhizhi Station will clean up the abandoned parking bicycles in the parking lot from June 1, 2019.
2. The owner shall remove the discarded and idle bicycles left in the parking lot of Zhixue Station or they will be removed as waste.
