DHBW Summer School on Sustainability will take place from July 1 to 19, 2019 at DHBW campuses Mannheim and Stuttgart and across Baden-Wuerttemberg. The program is open to (Bachelor) students from all departments, with a focus on Business Studies (with lectures in Sustainable Personnel Management, Corporate Social Responsibility as well as Sustainable Finance). However, students from all departments are invited to participate in our Sumer School and earn 6 or 9 ECTS. Other aspects of the DHBW Summer School on Sustainability include Food and Waste Management, Sustainable City Planning and Sustainability in R&D. Thanks to funding by the DHBW Stiftung, the DHBW Summer School on Sustainability is free of charge for students from our partner universities. The free program includes all lectures, workshops and company visits, as well as the transportation to all regularly scheduled activities. It also includes a Welcome and a Farewell event as well as a certificate. Costs occur for accommodation, meals, personal spending, travels, and visa if applicable. Additionally, there will be exciting company visits (Mercedes Benz, Roche Pharmaceuticals, BASF, Essity and more) still extending the scope of this compact program.
