各位住宿生大家好：
1、107學年第一學期電費計費期程共四階：
(1) 第一階段: 2018/09/03 - 2018/09/30
(2) 第二階段: 2018/10/01 - 2018/10/31
(3) 第三階段: 2018/11/01 - 2018/11/30
(4) 第四階段: 2018/12/01 - 2019/01/15

2、宿舍個人使用電費和扣罰請自行上網查詢。https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/DormStudent/Login.aspx
如對電費和扣罰金額有疑慮，請於2019/2/27 (四)前填寫複查表至宿舍管理員申請複查，如未按時提出或提出後查證無誤，將仍依本公佈結果辦理。

3、上下學期應繳電費和扣罰於該學年度結束後結算，從該學年度之住宿保證金扣抵，若保證金不足扣抵者，另行通知補繳。

Dear dormitory residents,
1、 The electricity charges of Student Dormitory are calculated by 4 periods
(1) 1st Period: 2018/09/03 - 2018/09/30
(2) 2nd Period: 2018/10/01 - 2018/10/31
(3) 3rd Period: 2018/11/01 - 2018/11/30
(4) 4th Period: 2018/12/01 - 2019/01/15
2、Please check your bill and dormitory inspection deduction information on-line. https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/DormStudent/Login.aspx
If you have any questions regarding the calculations and dormitory inspection deduction, please fill in the form of deposit reassessment and seek reconfirmation from the dorm manager before handing it in to the Office of Student Affairs and Life Division no later than 2019/2/27(Thu).
3、The charge amount is calculated at the end of the each semester, and deducted from your deposit. Only if your deposit is not enough for the deduction, will you need to pay the balance.
