各位親愛的同學，大家好： 「107學年度寒假住宿申請」之重要事項如后： 1、【申請時間&方式】 (1) 申請時間：2018/12/ 11(二) 12:00起至2018/12/ 21(五)12:00止。 (2) 寒假宿舍申請，需輸入選課帳號、密碼，並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。 https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Winter/login.aspx 2、【申請資格】 (1) 寒假住宿申請：申請者需具107學年住宿資格。 (2) 春節住宿申請：限境外生，請於申請寒假住宿時同時提出申請，春節期間住宿於寒宿寢室。 3、【申請流程】 自行網路申請—＞繳費—＞憑繳費收據辦理入住。 4、【住宿時間】 2019/01/15（二）17:00起至2019/02/12（二）10:00止。 (1) 寒假期間不受理短期住宿、提前入住、或延後退宿之申請，亦不辦理退費。 (2)「春節期間」：2019/02/03（日）12:00起至2019/02/09（六）12:00止，宿舍將配合春節連假全面關閉不提供住宿(境外生除外)，請住宿同學返家過節。 5、【公告床位】 (1) 公告時間：2018/12/ 27(四) 12:00起，自行至寒宿申請系統查詢。 (2) 寒假住宿一律統一安排住宿，由學校安排寢室床位。 107學年床位在擷雲莊或行雲莊者續住原寢，其餘則集中住宿於「行雲莊」。 6、【繳交寒宿費用】 (1) 繳費時間：2018/12/ 27(四) 12:00起至2019/01/15(二)24:00止，請自行至臺灣銀行網頁繳費，入住時持學生證和繳費收據辦理。 (2) 住宿相關費用請參考「國立東華大學寒暑宿收費一覽表」、「國立東華大學學生宿舍網路使用費收費辦法」。 7、【注意事項提醒】 攸關個人住宿權益，申請寒宿床位前請務必詳細閱讀住宿相關法規。 (1)國立東華大學學生宿舍管理規則 (2)學生宿舍住宿保證金實施細則 (3)學生宿舍電器使用細則 (4)宿舍違約金罰款標準 (5)宿舍生活公約 對寒假住宿申請有相關疑問者，可電洽承辦人員：余惠真03-890-6212，鍾珮玲03-890-6217。 您平安，學務處心安! Dear dormitory residents, Below are important details regarding Academic Year 107 Winter Vacation Dormitory Application: 1、 Application Time (1) Time:2018/12/ 11(Tue) 12:00, – 2018/12/21(Fri) 12:00 (2) Login account same as the one when registering for courses online ***ALL PREVIOUS FEES OF STUDENT DORMS MUST BE PAID OFF BEFORE APPLYING FOR WINTER DORMS *** https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Winter/login.aspx 2、 Application Eligibility (1) Winter vacation: Students who are eligible for dormitory application of 107 academic years (2) Period of Chinese New Year: Limited only to international graduate and undergraduate students (including overseas Chinese students) 3、 Application Procedure Apply Online –> Pay Fees –> Take receipt as proof of payment to the dormitory manager to move in 4、 Accommodation Period 2019/01/15(Tue) 17:00– 2019/02/12(Tue) 10:00 (1) None of short-term accommodations, early check-in, or extended check-out will be accepted. No refund will be granted. (2) Dorms will be closed between 2019/02/03(Sun) 12:00 and 2019/02/09(Sat) 12:00 for Chinese New Year holidays. Only international students (including overseas Chinese students) will be allowed. 5、 Announcement of Accommodation Information (1) Time: 2018/12/27(Thu) 12:00, room and bed numbers announced online (2) Room and bed will be assigned by OSA. Except for residents of Dormitory 1(Jie Yun A and B) and Dormitory 5 (Shing Yun A and B) of academic year 107, all other winter residents shall temporarily move to Dormitory 5(Shing Yun A and B). 6、 Dormitory Fee (1) Period of Payment: 2018/12/27(Thu) 12:00 -2019/01/15(Tue) 23:59; (2) Pay at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx . Take the receipt along with your Student ID Card to the dormitory manager while moving in. (3) Dormitory fee NT2000, deposit NT500, and internet fee NT150. 7、 Notes Please read all rules and regulations concerning Dormitory Accommodation before applying for Winter Vacation Dorms.
