Dong Hwa’s undergraduates who have not yet passed the required physical fitness tests (for example, those whose preliminary check-list for graduation qualifications be remarked as: physical fitness test for graduation- fail), but want instead to apply for remedial measures as a waiver and transference to physical fitness test in accordance with Article 9.3.(1) through (3) of Rule of Physical Education Course Implementation, NDHU, please fill out the attached application form and submit your application with supporting documents to Physical Education Center asap. Physical fitness test this semester (107-1) will be held at week 18th (Jan. 7 ~Jan.11/2019), all undergraduates, NDHU who have yet to pass this test please be reminded to take heed of PE Center’s school-wide notice then.
