親愛的師長與同學大家好：

新學期開始，各系陸續辦理迎新、聯誼或校外活動，學務處特請各活動負責人應於籌辦期間，確認各項安全細節，以人員平安為最高原則。
如辦理校外活動租用大型遊覽車，請注意以下原則：
1.依教育部規定，為保障學生校外教學租用車輛安全，學校辦理校外教學活動時，應慎選信譽良好之旅行社或遊覽車公司、客運公司。車輛應安排至少為5年內新車，並且應填妥車輛安全檢查表。
2.出車前務請依車輛安全檢查表、填具，並請事先作逃生演練，可參考本校「大型遊覽車火燒車安全逃生宣導注意事項」(網頁:生輔組/交通安全/交通安全相關表格)。

Dear all
   As the new semester begins, most departments are holding various on-or-off-campus activities. We’d like to remind all the personnel in charge of mentioned activities to ensure the safety of all participants.
   If you are renting a large tour bus for off-campus activities, please follow the guidelines:
1.According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, precautions should be taken and only reputable travel agencies or tour bus companies be considered.  
2.The vehicle should be less than 5 years old.
