親愛的家長暨同學們，大家好：

107年9月8日為新生住宿生報到日(9月6~7日可提前入住)，本校特於花蓮火車站（後站出口處）及志學火車站設立「接駁專車服務處」，並提供交通接駁專車服務，以服務您家長的交通往返。

I. 申請方式:限網路申請。

1. 申請時間：107年8月13日（星期一）08:00至107年8月31日(星期五)12:00時止

2. 登錄網址: http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/bus_flash/login.aspx。或學校網頁(新生→住宿生報到入住→新生入住交通接駁車申請)

3. 每位新生限登記四張，並下載列印車票(憑票上車)。

II. 乘車日期:

1. 提前入住:107年9月6日（星期四）至7日（星期五）10:30/15:40

2. 入住當日:107年9月8日（星期六）09:00至15:40

III. 乘車地點/時間：

1.【來程】：

(1)9月6日至9月7日:

1)花蓮火車站（後站出口）：10:30、15:40

2)志學火車站：11:00、16:10

(2)9月8日:

1)花蓮火車站（後站出口）：09:00、09:30、10:00、10:30、11:00 11:30、12:30、13:30、14:30、15:40

2)志學火車站：09:30、10:00、10:30、11:00、11:30 12:00、13:00、14:00、15:00、16:10

(3)行駛路線: 花蓮火車站(後站)→志學火車站(視需要) →迎曦莊(男生)→沁月莊(女生)→行雲莊

2. 【返程】:

(1) 沁月莊前廣場至花蓮火車站(後站):

13:30、14:00、14:30、15:00、15:30、16:00、16:30、17:00、17:30、18:00

(2)自13:30時起每30分鐘一班，搭乘地點沁月莊前廣場，18:00時為最後班次。

IV. 其他:

(1) 全校新生及家長均可免費申請搭乘「新生宿舍進住交通接駁專車」，並請提早抵達乘車地點等候，以免向隅，憑票上車，無票者僅能視專車尚餘空位安排候補。

Dear Freshmen, 　　

For the transportaion convenience of you and parents, NDHU cordially will provide shuttle services among Hualien Train Station (rear station)、Zhixue Train Staion and the Shou-Feng campus. Please follow the steps if you have a need for the services I. Application: online application

1. Application time: 08:00, 2018/08/13(Mon) to 14:00, 2018/08/31 (Fri)

2. Signing-up: Choose your preferred time and print the ticket(s) out on the website (http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/bus_flash/login.aspx )

3. Each student can apply up to 4 tickets. Be sure to present your ticket(s) on aboarding.

II. Service dates:

(1)Early check-in: 10:30&15:40, 2018/09/06(Thu) – 2018/09/07(Fri).

(2)Regular check in: 09:00-15:40, 2018/09/08 (Sat),

III. Boarding time and place:

1.【Inbound – Going to Dong-Hwa】

(1)2018/09/06-2018/09/07

1) From Hualien Train Station (rear station):10:30、15：40

2)From Zhixue Train Staion:11:00、16：10

(2)2018/09/08

1)From Hualien Train Station (rear station): 09:00、09：30、10：00、10:30、11：00、11：30、 12：30、13:30、14:30、15:40

2)From Zhixue Train Staion: 09:30、10:00、10:30、11:00、11:30、12:00、13:00、14:00、15:00、16:10

(3)Shuttle Route:

Hualien Train Station (rear station) →Zhixue Station (if need) →Dormitory VII→Dormitory VI→Dormitory V→ Dormitory IV(if need)

2.【Leaving Dong-Hwa】

(1) From the square in front of Dormitory VI:

13:30、14:00、14:30、15:00、15:30、16:00、16:30、17:00、17:30、18:00. The last shuttle will leave at 18:00

(2) Shuttle Route: the square in front of Dormitory VI→ Zhixue Train Staion(if need) →Hualien Train Station (Rear Station)

IV. Notes:

1. All the freshmen and their families will be welcome to shuttle services for free. Please arrive at the pick-up stop earlier and present ticket(s) on boarding. Those who do not have tickets must wait for available seats.

2. The map of shuttle route is attached. Please contact Mr. Wang at 03-890-6225 if you have questions.
