各位親愛的同學，大家好： 「107年度暑假住宿申請」之重要事項如下： 一、【暑宿申請】 https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/summer/login.aspx a).時間：107年6月5日(二)中午12時起至6月15日(五)中午12時止。 b).宿舍申請，需輸入選課帳號、密碼，並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。 c).流程：自行網路申請—＞繳費—＞憑繳費收據辦理入住。 二、【住宿時間】 a). 全期：107年7月2日(一)17時起至8月31日(五)中午12時止。 b).半期： 前半期：107年7月2日(一)下午17時起至7月31日（二）中午12時止。（逾期未完成退宿者，將視同續住後半期，並補繳住宿費）。 後半期：107年8月1日（三）中午12時起至8月31日（五）中午12時止。 c). 短期：按天計（社團、營隊或系所辦活動用）。 三、【暑宿床位公告】 a).公告時間：107年6月20日(三)中午12時起，請自行至暑宿申請系統查詢。 b). 暑期住宿一律統一安排住宿，由學校安排寢室床位。 四、【繳交暑宿費用】 繳費時間：107年6月21日(四)起至7月2(一)止，請自行至臺灣銀行網頁下載繳費單繳費。 五、【注意事項提醒】 a.暑假期間，研究生宿舍除維修外原則上開放； 大學部暑宿莊開放：沁月莊。 b.宿舍所有寢室均須配合清掃作業，凡申請暑期留宿住原寢之研究生，寢室須配合作業開放清掃，個人物品依規定置放，若無法配合者由生輔組另安排留宿床位。 c.攸關個人住宿權益，申請宿舍床位前請務必詳細閱讀住宿相關法規。 (1)國立東華大學學生宿舍管理規則 (2)學生宿舍住宿保證金實施細則 (3)學生宿舍電器使用細則 (4)宿舍違約金罰款標準 (5)宿舍生活公約 對暑期住宿申請有相關疑問者，可電洽承辦人員分機：余惠真03-8906212，鍾珮玲03-8906217。 ~學務處生輔組關心您~ Dear All, Here are important details regarding 2018 Summer Dormitory Application. 1) Application for Summer Dormitory： https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/summer/login.aspx a) Period:2018/06/05 12:00 to 2018/06/15 12:00. b) Log on to the link with your course-selection account . ***ALL PREVIOUS FEES REGARDING STUDENT DORMS MUST BE PAID OFF BEFORE APPLYING FOR SUMMER DORMS. *** c) Procedure: Apply online –> Pay fees –> Show the receipt as the proof of payment to the Dorm Manager as moving in. 2) Dormitory Accommodation Period a) Full-term accommodation:2018/07/02 17:00 to 2018/08/31 12:00. b) Half-term accommodation: 1st period: 2018/07/02 17:00 to 2018/07/31 12:00. ※Note: If you don’t complete the required move-out procedure by the deadline, you will be considered as continuing with the 2nd period accommodation and need to pay the fee in full. 2nd period: 2018/08/01 12:00 to 2018/08/31 12:00. c) Short-term accommodation: Charged by day (for special activities or events). 3) Announcement of Accommodation Availability a) Check the information online 2018/06/20 12:00. b) Room arrangement will be made by the Living Services Division. 4) Dormitory Fees Period of Payment: :2018/06/21 to 2018/07/2. Please visit Bank of Taiwan at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx, to print out the bill of dormitory fees and pay. 5) Notes a). The graduate students’ dorm will be open except for those under maintenance. DormitoryⅥ(Xinyang Zhuang) will be the summer dorms for undergraduate students. b). All dormitory residents must cooperate with clean-up operations. For those graduate students who apply for summer accommodation in original rooms, personal items should be placed in accordance with storage regulations. Whoever fails to cooperate shall be assigned to other available rooms. c). Please read all rules and regulations concerning dormitory accommodation before applying for Summer Dorms.
