各位親愛的同學，大家好：
　　「106學年度寒假住宿申請」之重要事項如后：
一、【寒宿申請】
1.申請時間：106年12月21日(四)中午12時起至107年1月5日(五)中午12時止。
2.寒假宿舍申請，需輸入選課帳號、密碼，並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。

二、【申請資格】
1.寒假住宿申請：限僑外生及研究生，其他身分因研究、課業所需，請以專案申請方式辦理；申請者需具106學年住宿資格。
2.春節住宿申請：限僑外生，請於申請寒假住宿時同時提出申請，春節期間住宿於寒宿寢室。

三、【申請流程】
1.系統申請流程：自行網路申請—＞繳費—＞憑繳費收據辦理入住。
2.專案申請流程：填寫學生宿舍專案申請報告書—＞系所老師簽章—＞交至生輔組—＞繳費—＞
憑繳費收據辦理入住。

四、【住宿時間】
107年1月24日（三）下午17時起至107年2月23日（五）上午10時止。
1.寒假期間不受理短期住宿申請，亦無提前或延後住宿(含退費）之申請。
2.「春節期間」：107年2月15日（四）中午12時起至2月20日（二）中午12時止，宿舍將配合春節連假全面關閉不提供住宿(僑外生除外)，請住宿同學返家過節。

五、【公告床位】
1.公告時間：107年1月11日(四)中午12時起，自行至寒宿申請系統查詢。
2.寒假住宿一律統一安排住宿，由學校安排寢室床位。 106學年床位在擷雲莊或行雲莊者續住原寢，其餘則集中住宿於「行雲莊」。

六、【繳交寒宿費用】
1.繳費時間：107年1月11日(四)中午12時起至1月24日(三)晚上12時止，請自行至臺灣銀行網頁下載繳費單繳費，辦理入住時持學生證和繳費收據辦理入住。
2.住宿相關費用請參考「國立東華大學寒暑宿收費一覽表」、「國立東華大學學生宿舍網路使用費收費辦法」。

七、【注意事項提醒】
攸關個人住宿權益，申請寒宿床位前請務必詳細閱讀住宿相關法規。

Below are important details regarding Academic Year 106: Winter Vacation Dormitory Application:

1)	Application of Winter Dormitory Accommodation
a)	Application Period: 12:00 PM Thursday, December 21st, 2017 – 12:00 PM Friday, January 5th, 2018.
b)	Login information is the same as the one used when registering for courses online. ***ALL FEES REGARDING STUDENT DORMS MUST BE PAYED BEFORE APPLICATION OF DORMS. ***
c)	Application Process: Apply Online –> Pay Fees –> Take receipt as proof of payment to the Dorm Manager so that you may be allowed to move in.
2)	Application Qualifications
a)	Winter Vacation Dormitory Application:
i)	International Graduate & Undergraduate Students (including Overseas Chinese Students).
ii)	Taiwanese Graduate Students.
iii)	If you do not classify as any of the above, you need to apply manually(Dormitory Application of particular Case).
b)	Period of Chinese New Year: Limited only to International Graduate and Undergraduate Students (including Overseas Chinese Students).
3)	Dormitory Accommodation Period
5:00 PM Wednesday, January 24th, 2017 – 10:00 AM Friday ,February 23rd, 2017.
a)	Short-term accommodations are not accepted.
b)	Dorms will be closed between 12:00 PM Thursday, February 15th, 2018 – 12:00 PM Tuesday, February 20th 2018 for the Chinese New Year. Only International Students(including Overseas Chinese Students) are allowed accommodation.
4)	Announcement of Accommodation Information
a)	Time of Announcement: 12:00 PM Thursday, January 11st, 2018. Check online for your Room No. and Bed No.
5)	Dormitory Fees
a)	Period of Payment: 12:00 PM Thursday, January 11st, 2018 – 12:00 AM Wednesday, January 24th, 2018.
b)	Please visit Bank of Taiwan at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx, to print out the bill for the payment of Dormitory fees.
c)	Take your receipt along with your Student ID Card to the Dormitory Manager to be able to move in.
d)	Dormitory Fee of NT2000, deposit of NT500 and NT150 for Internet Usage.
6)	Notice
Please read all Rules and Regulations concerning Dormitory Accommodation before you apply for Winter Vacation Dorms.
