標題： Information Regarding Biking for Dong Hwa , November 23, 2017

You are welcome to participate in Biking for Dong Hwa of 2017. Here are few things you need to take a note of:
1)Check-in Time: 8:00 am – 8:30 am. (Please prepare on your own: Safety Helmet and Bike. If you haven’t signed up prior to this event, you may do so at the check-in spot.)
2)If the weather causes cancellation of this event, you will be notified via email and SMS.
3)Check-in Location: *See attached picture*
4)Registration/Check-in procedures:
a.Check-in and receive your sticker
b.Take your bike and helmet
c.Presentyour ID tosign up
d.Gather together at the assembly location
e.Adjust your bike and helmet
5)Participants assembly time: 8:30 am (safety check, warm-up, opening remark, photo-taking)
6)Departure Location: Administration Building Parking Lot
7)Departure Time: 8:55 am
8)Water supply spots: 1) departure location 2) 潭北 (Tanbei)
9)Schedule is attached
10)If you would like to rent a bike, please present a Photo ID (eg. Student ID, Faculty ID).
11)Prepare a raincoat or appropriate equipment just in case the weather changes.
12)If you haven’t paid as yet, please do so as soon as possible.
