標題： Flexible working hours for Dong Hwa’s staff on Nov. 22, 2016 (Wed)-opening ceremony of sports meet on Dong Hwa’s anniversary

1.	As opening ceremony of Dong Hwa’s sports meet and subsequent grass concert under starry sky in celebration of Dong Hwa’s anniversary 2017 is set to be held in the evening from 17:00 until 22:00 on Nov. 22, 2017 (Wed), colleagues who plan to be engaged in above activities that day could opt for flexible working hours subject to department/office director’s agreement. 

Nevertheless, in order not to impinge on the right of regular business visitors due to above flexitime arrangement, each department/office please also be requested to man your office with adequate personnel during normal office hours.

2. Pursuant to Dong Hwa’s stipulation that the total daily working hours should be 9 hours. Colleague engage in sports meet activities on Nov. 22 (Wed) are required to clock in and clock out in the internet as usual or sign in /sign out on paper that is laid on the counter of entrance hall of Library, which is provided by Physical Education Center that day.

3. Any staffers who participate in sports meet Nov. 23 (Thu) please clock in and clock out in the internet as usual or sign in /sign out on paper that is laid on the table of entrance hall of Track & Field Activity Center, which is provided by Physical Education Center that day.  In the meantime, man your office with adequate personnel during normal office hours this day to avoid infringing on the rights of business visitors.

4.	If there is need for any staffer to work overtime, i.e., exceeding 9 hours on Nov. 22, Nov. 23, please follow the standing stipulation on overtime.
