標題： Free sports party on Teachers’ Day- Sep. 28 for Dong Hwa’s faculty

Physical Education Center and Teacher Education Center concern about Dong Hwa faculty’s physical and psychological health, especially on Teachers’ Day of the year, so we are to hold an open house sports party in the Gymnasium on Teachers’ Day –September 28, 2017 (Thu) that provides at most 40 Dong Hwa’s personnel free courses on varied sports. There will be a DJ- Lin, Jia-qi on the spot to share fun with you. 

Sports item: 
Kettlebell- Instructor Gu, Zhi-ming
Muscle power training – Instructor Wu, Jia-fen
PIYO workout – Instructor Zhong, Zi-wen (by means of kinesis, combine yoga and pilates by alternating quickly in motion, train muscular endurance)
Date: Sep. 28, 2017 (Thu)
Time: 12:10-13:00 at noon
Venue: Gymnasium

Target of enrollment: Dong Hwa’s faculty.

Number of enrollment: 40 persons at most.

Registration is accepted in time order of booking, i.e. first in first served.

Sign-up deadline: by 17:00, Sep. 21, 2017 (Fri), no more registration will be accepted if class is full. 

A light meal will be offered to participated faculty who should complete the course.
