Dear all Dong Hwa’s faculty and students: Physical Education Center offers second “TRX basic training” continuing and extension course in summer vacation, 2017 and begins to accept your sign-up. TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) basic training: The main purpose of TRX basic training course is to learn how to use TRX relative equipment, correctly use and exert core muscle groups, then to reach the whole body training effect such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and myodynamia. Minimum students to start a class: 8 persons. Class time: Every Thursday evening 17:20~18:20 Instructor: Mme. Wu, Jia-fen. Class date: Aug. 3, Aug. 10, Aug.17and Aug.24 (First class of this kind was avidly registered and instantaneously full, so we offer second class which will take in at most 12 enrollments on the first-signup-and-paid-first-register basis, those who would like to engage in this summer course are advised to register and pay ASAP to avoid disappointment.) One class consists of 4 sessions (total 4 hours), NT$800/ per person. 2. One single session: NT$ 250 / per person. Discount: 10% discount for former students, 5% discount on those who are introduced by former students.
