標題： Remedial teaching program in swimming offered by Physical Education Center

I.	Purpose:
In order to improve students’ swimming ability and to advocate provision of windows for selection from numerous sports, Physical Education Center is to offer remedial teaching in swimming, by which interested students could internalize sports knowledge and cultivate personal planning ability in sports.

II.	 Target students:
1.	All Dong Hwa’s students can register.
2.	For setting up good learning environs and keeping good lecture quality, there is limited quota in admission, estimate to admit at most 12 students each class.

III.	 Teaching time: every Tuesday, Friday 18:00 ~19:20 pm
1.	First class: Apr. 21, Apr. 25, Apr. 28
2.	Second class: May 2, May 5, May 9, May 12
3.	Third class: May 16, May.19, May 23, May 26
4.	Fourth class: Jun. 2, Jun.6 and Jun. 9

IV.	 Teaching venue: swimming pool of National Dong Hwa University at Shoufeng campus.

V.	 Registration fee: 
1.	Tuition is free.
2.	Pay out of your own pocket the listed admission fee of swimming pool.
 
VI.	Admission priority:
As there are only limited vacancies in each class, so admission priority is as below:
1.	Dong Hwa’s students.
2.	Having selected swimming-related course in this 105-2 semester, such as PE IV-Swimming.
3.	Swimming ability level is belonging to level-3 or below in MOE’s stipulated swimming ability indexes.
4.	Students who are interested in swimming.

VII.	 Sign-up time: from Apr. 14 to noontime 12:00 Apr. 20, 2017.

IX.	 Remarks:
1.	Those who have signed up out of stipulated time window are deemed a fail—e.g. too early or too late to fill in.
2.	Accepted name list will notice by e-mail by 20:00 pm Apr. 20, 2017.
3.	Those already admitted but no-show in class will forfeit his or her right in subsequent classes, his or her vacancy will be filled by waiting candidate.   
4.	Stipulations in this program will put into effect after being approved. PE Center will further make public for any complement or amendment.
