親愛的同學：大家好
為減少本校交通事故的發生，藉由「積極」、「主動」、「常態」方式，安排交通安全入班宣導，為增加本校學生參加之誘因，凡參加交通安全宣導講習者，可選擇抵銷校內車輛違規單乙件。參加交通安全課程:安全/車輛違規(罰款) ㄧ次OK。請同學踴躍參加。
活動期程如下：
一、活動日期：106年04月19日
二、活動時間:1500~1600 
三、活動地點：行政大樓二樓214室會議室
四、實施方式。
(一)每月第四週星期三為「交通安全教育日」，並於當日下午1500~1600時安排宣導課程。
(二)上課人數以30位為限並採網路預約方式。網址: http://www.student.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1007-2408.php
(三)上課人員如欲抵銷校內車輛違規單者(課程時數50分鐘抵銷罰款金額100元)，請先至本校車輛管理系統申請->下載列印「車輛違規愛校服務申請單」->完成課程後當場蓋章->持申請單至總務處事務組(行政大樓107室)銷單。
(四)本組亦接受各院系申請交通安全入班宣導，抵銷校內車輛違規單同方式三，惟上課時數須至少50分鐘(含)以上方可抵銷。

Dear students,
Wish to decrease the number of any kind of vehicle and make the student care more about the safety of riding any vehicle. Participate in the Traffic safety course: Safety / Vehicle violation( fine)  all in “OK”. Please participate actively.
Activity period:
1.Date: 19,April(wed) , 2017
2Time: 15:00 ~ 16:00
3.Location: Room 214, Administration Building.
4.Implementation:
(1)The fourth Wednesday of every month from 15:00 to 16:00 is the Traffic Safety Day, we will arrange propagandas on that day.
(2)Max 30 persons, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

(3)Class staff who want to set off a vehicle violation(50mins for 100 dollars), please visit the school vehicle management system and apply→download application for service learning of vehicle violation→finish course and have the stamp→take the application to Room 107 Administration building to set off.
(4)We also accept application from department to have a course for the whole class.
