標題：  Let‘s together cherish and help to maintain our sports park of NDHU

Considering vast expanse our sports park (50 hectares) is that is difficult to maintain with limited manpower, we hereby remind faculty/students to cooperate to cherish and lend assistance in clearing and maintenance of our sports fields:

I.	Leave no trash aground:

      In conformity with Office of General Affairs’  “leave no trash on ground” policy that there are no any dumpsters within or without sports parks, please help to  keep tidy of outdoor sports court, pitch, field, stadium as well as indoor gymnasium. 

Please carry away cans, debris, trash etc. after having used sports facilities, which are to be collected on posted schedule/locations. 

Big event please apply in advance to Section of Environments Protection for temporary installation of dumpsters (big mobile garbage bin).

Should we find any party that is liable to the mess in the sports field, we reserve the right to suspend for a certain period of time their right to use.

II.	 Please close the lid of the light switch box:

Please help to close the lid of the light switch box after turning on/off the switch that keep it from moisture when raining or from dust that both could cause damages to the switch.
