標題： Bird flu (avian influenza) Watch! Avoid raw food, Stay away from birds, and Keep hygienic(ASK)

Due to the attack of bird flu (avian influenza), please take precautions.

ASK (Avoid raw food, Stay away from birds, and Keep hygienic)
1. Avoid raw food：
    Bird flu isn't transmitted through cooked food. It's safe to eat poultry and eggs in areas  
    that have had outbreaks of bird flu. Virus can be eliminated at 56℃ for 3 hours, 60℃ for
    30minutes, or 100℃ for 1 minute.
    As a precaution, always ensure good hygiene standards when preparing and cooking  
    meat. For example:
    (1)use different utensils for cooked and raw meat
    (2)wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before and after handling 
        meat
    (3)ensure that meat is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving
2. Stay away from birds:
    Don't feed wild birds and ducks. Don't go near sick or dead birds. Keep away from bird   
    droppings..
3. Keep hygienic:
   (1) wash your hands regularly, particularly before and after handling food
   (2) turn away from other people and cover your mouth with tissues when you cough 
         or sneeze
   (3) dispose of tissues immediately after use and wash your hands with soap and warm 
        water.
   (4) tell the receptionist at your doctor about your symptoms so you can be seated away  
         from other people and given a surgical mask if necessary.
