標題： Ceremony of Dong Hwa Anniversary Sports Meet begins 30 minutes earlier than schedule

Due to alteration on ceremony schedule of Dong Hwa Sports Meet for Anniversary Celebration 2016, opening ceremony starts 30 minutes earlier than schedule. I.e., athletes assemble at 16:00 ~ 16:30, ceremony officially starts at 16:30, Nov. 15, 2016, subsequent activities all postpone correspondingly. 

However, beginning time of creative cheerleader competition remains unchanged at 18:30.
