Yoga breathing is the quintessence of yoga practice, yoga instructor always reminds students to keep breathing while oftentimes find no time to delve deeper to breathing method, timing, principle etc. This one-day workshop will introduce practice technique of basic breathing method; in the meantime study how yoga movement can conduce to breathing practice. Date and time: Nov. 26, 2016 (Sat) 9:30 ~ 16:30 Venue: Dance Classroom of Gymnasium of NDHU at Shoufeng campus. Charge: NT$700 (6 hours plus lunch), minimum enrollments to begin a class: 15 persons. Syllabus: Connection between breathing and body core, breathing method/principle/effectiveness, Ujjayi pranayama breathing, Suryabhedana breathing, Candrabhedana breathing, Shitali Pranayama breathing, diaphragm breathing, Uddiyana bandha breathing, Kapa’labha’ti breathing etc. Instructor: Cindy Sign-up deadline falls on Nov. 18 (Fri), those who are inclined to enroll on this workshop please register as early as possible. Those who have already signed up please be reminded to pay up tuition to PE Center during office hours.
