標題： 【Telecommunications Base Station Surveyon Campus】

Dear all,
    With the popularity of smartphone and 4G era, the demand for mobile web browsing has increased. This survey is aimed to understand the cell phone signal quality along with common opinions about base station devices on campus.
I.  Two surveys to be launched
(Survey 1)：Whether to add one base station on the Administration Building (to improve the signal quality in the teaching area)
Target respondents：All faculty and students on campus.
(Survey 2)：Whether to add one base station on the water tower at the Community Center (to improve the signal quality in the western dormitory area)
Target respondents：Only the current western dormitory residents (including Jie Yun, Yang Shan, Han Shing, and Shiang Ching dormitory)

II. Survey instructions：
1.Participation period：12:00 November 2nd ~12:00 November 12rd, 2016.
2.The faculty and students are required to use the NDHU email account (------@gms.ndhu.edu.tw) to log in. 
  3. Each questionnaire could only be completed by qualified persons. Any questionnaire of Survey 2 filled out by non-residents of the western dormitorywould be considered invalid.
