Second program on TRX & Body Sculpture Courses during Summer Vacation
TRX & Body Sculpture Courses of Summer Session
Are you still taking a long time in aerobic jugging?
Is not aerobics the best weight reducing exercise?
Relative research indicates that muscle training in association with varied exercise intensities could reduce body fat, tone up muscle and prevent insidious osteoporosis！
(Female who has been engaging in muscle training will become portly? -- this is a misguided prepossession!)
* This experience class will provide following courses:
1. All body kinetic muscle training
2. Partial kinetic muscle training
3. Fat burning course
4. Correct diet concept
5. Core muscular strength, stabilization and balancing training
6. Teaching material: TRX (Total Resistance eXercise) suspension system, dumbbell, barbell and elastic band etc.
* Lecturer: Dr. Chen, Che-Huiu, Physical Education Center
(Educational background: Ph. D. on Physiotherapy of School and Graduate Institute of Physical Therapy, College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, Ph. D. program of Graduate Institute of Sports Training, University of Taipei)

Redcord Suspension Training Certificate (Issued from Norway),
Sports Performance Certificate, USA WEIGHTLIFTING,
Health Fitness Instructor (Issued by National Society of Physical Education of The Republic of China),
Athletic Trainer (Issued by Department of Health, Taipei City),
Masseur on SMA & SMA-exe (Maintenance Sports Massage) (Issued by Association of Soft Tissue Mobilization & Massage, R.O. C)

Coach certificate on myodynamia, fitness training.
Certificate on FMS functionality system analysis
Completion on suspension system training courses
Opening Classes: (Venue: Taekwondo Classroom of Gymnasium, Dong Hwa University at Shoufeng campus)
First Class: Monday 6:00 ~ 7:00 pm (8/1、8/15、8/22、8/29)
Second Class: Tuesday 6:00 ~ 7:00 pm (7/26、8/2、8/9、8/16)
Third Class: Wednesday 6:00 ~ 7:00 pm (7/27、8/3、8/10、8/17)
Personal Tutoring Class: Please call directly to instructor: Dr. Chen, Che-Huiu, Physical Education Center
(You could take a make-up class from available classes or attend twice within a week subject to availability of space and equipment)
Regular class (10 ~ 20 persons): One class consists of 4 sessions (total 4 hours), NT$800/ per person.
