標題： Badminton C-level umpire qualification workshop held by Hualien County Athletics Federation

1.	Basis: As per missive no. 1040001310 from Hualien County Athletics Federation.
2.	Purpose: to cultivate umpire new blood for Hualien County’s badminton matches, promote umpire skills and techniques on which badminton umpire system could be built. 
3.	Instruction offices: Republic of China Sports Federation, Chinese Taipei Badminton Association, Hualien County Government. 
4.	Organizer: Badminton Committee, Hualien County Athletics Federation.
5.	Workshop date: Dec. 26 (Sat) ~ Dec. 27 (Sun), 2015
6.	Workshop venue: Badminton Hall of Fong Ren Primary School , Fong Lin Town , Hualien County.
7.	Qualification: 
(1).20 years old and upwards who is upright in character and healthy.
(2). Graduated from senior high school or higher education institution.
8.	Sign-up time: from now on until Dec. 10, 2015 (Thu)
9.	Sign-up location: e-mail to : 2015hlcbad@gmail.com or phone call to Executive General Mr. Liang 0928-875693.
10.	Sign-up procedure:
(1). Fill in sign-up form and pay registration fee NT$2000.
(2). Hand in photocopy of Identification Card as well as 3 2-inch photos.
