標題： Notice on schedules/ceremony of sports meets of Dong Hwa’s anniversary, 2015

Please be reminded that deadlines of singing-up for sports meet, creative cheerleader competition and handing in department’s flag & introduction are drawing near and all falling on Nov. 2 (Mon) by 17:00. We urged that those who have not signed up or handed in as yet should act quickly before time limit.

Departments’ assistants please oblige to remind and forward this message to those persons in charge, thanks.
   
I. Sports meet rehearsal time：18:00 pm, Nov.16, 2015(Mon) 
Cheerleader competition rehearsal time：19:30 pm, Nov.16, 2015(Mon)
Each department/division please dispatches at least 2 representatives for these rehearsals. 

II. Sports meet assembling time: 16:30 pm, Nov. 17, 2015 (Tue)
Sports meet opening time：17:0 pm, Nov. 17, 2015 (Tue)
Cheerleader competition time：18:30 pm, Nov. 17, 2015 (Tue)

III. Track & field completion time: 08:00 am, Nov. 18, 2015 (Wed) 

IV. Each department/division please hand in 2 their flags to Mr. James Chuang (Ext no. 2613) in the Physical Education Center by 17:00 pm, Nov. 2, 2015(Mon).

V. Each department/division please e-mail your respective introduction to Mr. James Chuang’s mail box ( james@mail.ndhu.edu.tw ) by Nov. 2, 2015 (Mon), of which subject please key in *** department introduction that contains around 150 words; If it exceeds 150 words, we reserve the right to edit. Those departments who have not handed in their introductions, previous ones will be retrieved for use instead. 
 
VI. Sincerely invite each department director as well as at least 37 department students (including 1 department placard holder, 1 flag holder) to participate in opening ceremony march past, all departments comprise 7 columns in following sequence alongside track lanes: department placard, flag, team leader, director, students as shown in diagram as detachment.

Remarks:
1. Please either march on or mark time to the rhythm of piped music and wave hands to president as greeting when marching-past commanding stands. 
2. Department placard holder please hold it right hand above, left hand below, turn placard facing commanding stands when marching-past. 
3. Department flag bearer please hold it right hand above, left hand below, tip the flag downward 45 degree in angle as salutation to president when marching-past.
