標題： Signing up through internet of sports meet in celebration of NDHU’s anniversary, 2015

1.	No registration is accepted unless signing up for athletic events etc. is keyed-in and uploaded through following website as below: http://web.ndhu.edu.tw/SportCompetition/competition.aspx?CID=3
2.	Signing-up deadline is 17:00 pm, Oct. 22 (Thu).
3.	Dong Hwa students: please ask your respective department to sign up on your behalf, of which account/password will be provided by PE Center. After having duly signed up, please print out the format, sign and hand it in to PE office. Hand-in deadline is 17:00 pm, Oct. 23 (Fri).
4.	Faculty, staff and their dependents: please sign up individually via above-mentioned website by yourself.
5.	Contest regulations please refer to Physical Education Center’s website as follows: http://phyedu.ndhu.edu.tw/news.htm
