一、柬埔寨首相Hun Sen邀請5位東華大學學生領袖參加第5屆「世界大學生領導者研討會」，定於2014年8月1日至8月7日於柬埔寨首都金邊Sofitel Hotel舉行。

二、教育部將提供部分補助，讓五位推薦學生享有780美元的報名優惠價(原價為900美元)，此費用不包含機票，包含項目如下說明。

三、有意參加者，請於7/15(二)17:00前將姓名、系級、學號、聯絡方式及社團擔任職務等資料以email寄至ice@mail.ndhu.edu.tw。

Humanitarian Affairs Asia, are pleased to convey a personal invitation from His Excellency, Prime-Minister Hun Sen of the Royal Government of Cambodia inviting 5 College Student Leaders from National Dong Hwa University to attend the 5th University Scholars Leadership Symposium,scheduled from August 1 to 7, 2014 at the Sofitel Hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Minister Chiang, Wei Ling from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Taiwan has given us his full support for the Symposium. Please see attached email from Minister Chiang.

We will provide a partial grant to delegates representing your University and Taiwan.  The 5 recommended students will benefit from a subsidise registration fee of USD 780.00 instead of the normal registration of USD 900.00. The registration fee covers the followings :-

1.      6-night Accommodation on a twin-sharing basis at a 4-star hotel at the City Central.

2.      Local Transportation during Official Activities

3.      Meals include 6 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches and 6 Coffee Breaks

4.      An Enriching Interactive Experience at a 5-star Sofitel Hotel

5.      Inspiring Guest Lecturers and Professional Motivational Trainers

6.      A Day of Experiential Learning with marginalised communities in Cambodia

7.      Knowledge-based Plenary Discussion

8.      One Souvenir T-shirt

9.      Certificate of Participation signed by the Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, Cambodia

10.    Networking Opportunities with Global Leaders from 45 countries
