Signup process of Dong Hwa Cup campus running 2013 is as below:

I. Signup date: From now on till 17:00 pm April 17 (Wed).
II. Signup venue: Physical Education Center:
1.	Please hand in signup form in person to PE Center’s office or fax to PE Center via (03)863-2610.
2.	Please go to PE Center’s office during office hours for signup form and hand in that form after filling out.
3.	Signup form can also be downloaded from website as follows: http://www.phyedu.ndhu.edu.tw/
4.	Call to PE Center on (03)8632612~14 for Mr. Chuang, Mr. Yu or Ms. Zou if there is any questions.
5.	Runners of open group or faculty group must wear assigned jersey number; those who violate rule will forfeit qualification.
6.	Runners of open group please approach your PE teacher, coach or go to PE Center directly for jersey number one day prior to competition.
7.	Outside runners and Dong Hwa faculty runners please go to referee section for your jersey number before 6:30 am on the race day.
