各位親愛的同學們，大家好： 學生宿舍申請抽籤網址: http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx 或點選學務處首頁下方的站內快速連結，102學年度學生宿舍申請抽籤系統申請 102學年宿舍申請相關事宜如下: 一、第一階段網路申請時間:102年3月25日12:00時起至102年3月29日12:00時止。 二、其餘階段申請流程請詳閱附件。 三、注意事項: 1.得以優先申請住宿同學（中、低收入戶、資源生、僑外生及大一升大二的同學） 亦均需上網申請，辦理時間及方式與一般生相同，未提出申請者將視同自動放棄其住宿權。 2.宿舍申請攸關同學自身權益請各位同學務必自行確認、查詢每一階段之申請程序，學生宿舍申請各階段倘有逾期者，礙於系統作業方式，無法申請補辦。 3.本學年配合寒假清空作業的莊別為行雲莊一、二樓和涵星二莊;配合暑假清空的莊別為向晴莊，依據「國立東華大學學生宿舍申請住宿及退費辦法」，予以減免住宿費每 人500元整。 4.本次宿舍申請必須完成繳交住宿保證金才能確保住宿資格，請同學注意相關繳費期限，逾期未繳交者視同放棄(候補申請者依規定不得棄權，請同學詳加考慮)。 承辦人員電話：03-863-2212 余小姐 03-863-2224 林小姐 學務處生輔組關心您～ Dear NDHU students The dormitory application for the next school year has begun. Please refer to the attachment for the application dates and procedure. Although foreign students are guaranteed with dormitory qualification, online application is still necessary. Important Dates: 1. Sign up for the dormitory: 12:00, March 25 ~12:00, March 29, 2013 2. Choose roommates and dormitory preferences: 12:00, April 3~12:00, April 9 2013 3. Pay the deposit : 12:00, April 16, ~ 17:00, April 18, 2013 Dormitory deposit should be paid between April 16 at noon and April 18 at 17:00. Please note, according to the dormitory regulations, if students do not pay the deposit within this stipulated time, they forfeit their right to live in the dormitory. 4.Choose dormitory room number: 12:00, May 7, ~ 17:00, May 16, 2013 Thank you for your cooperation.
