This program aims to provide the undergraduate students from our partner universities with opportunities to gain laboratory experience in the research field of their interest. By assuming internship positions in the lab, we believe this will serve as an experience for them to broaden their horizons by exposing them to an overseas research environment in Korea, as well as to explore and develop the field of their interest as future researchers or professionals in the relevant areas. It's important to note that this is a short-term program that does not require a study abroad visa but instead operates under a visa waiver for stays of up to 90 days. Accordingly, participation is limited to students from countries eligible for this waiver. Please refer to the Korean visa portal to access the list of eligible countries. While there is no participation fee, students are responsible for funding and arranging their entire stay. The program will run from June 24th to August 30th, offering participants up to 90 hours of lab experience, which can be converted into three credits upon successful completion. Please refer to the program outline below for more details: - Eligibility : Undergraduate students enrolled at Inha's Partner University (whose nationality allows for a visa waiver entry) - Program Duration : June 24th through August 30th - Participation Hours : Up to 90 hours / Max. three credits given (30 hours : 1credit) - Lab Offerings (Department / Lab) • Chemistry / Inorganic Molecular Engineering Lab. • Physics / Complex Systems AI Big Data Lab. • Materials Science and Engineering / Electronic Functional Materials Lab. • Mechanical Engineering, Biological Engineering / Biohybrid Systems Lab. • Mechanical Engineering / Multiphase Flow and Thermal Engineering Lab. • Electrical and Computer Engineering / Intelligent Embedded System Research Lab. • Electrical and Computer Engineering / Circuits and Systems Lab.
