親愛的師長、同仁、同學： 志學派出所通知，因志學村中正路違停車輛很多，產生妨礙交通問題和容易造成車禍意外；花蓮縣警察局交通隊將會不定時派遣拖吊車針對該地區「違規停放以及妨礙交通」車輛實施舉發拖吊。 提醒各位師長、同學 1.中正路及巷道內紅線、黃色網狀線不要違停，檢舉的很多。 2.「中正路」單雙月換邊停車，常有許多機車無法及時移動，而產生妨礙交通問題。請依規定停車，以免愛車遭到拖吊處置。(車子遭拖吊後，領車要到花蓮拖吊場才領得到車，會對學生造成很多麻煩) 3.為使志學村街道暢通及維護自身安全，請依交通隊告示停放，勿隨意臨停。 學生事務處生活輔導組 關心您 Dear teachers, colleagues and classmates: The Zhixue Police Station informed that due to the large number of illegally parked vehicles on Zhongzheng Road in Zhixue Village, causing traffic problems and easily causing car accidents, the Hualien County Police Department Traffic Team will dispatch tow trucks from time to time to target vehicles that are "illegally parked and obstructing traffic" in the area.
